Social Media Fuels Huge Pool Party In Fort Collins
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - Fort Collins police say they arrested four people at a college megaparty that grew to thousands of people after it was advertised on Facebook, and they say no further arrests are expected.
Police said Monday that James Skelton and Danniel Rosselot were cited for 3rd degree assault. Zachary Tiedgen was cited for disorderly conduct and Dillon Lawrence was cited for interference with a peace officer.
The party's Facebook page registered nearly 3,000 attendees.
Four people were arrested and at least 10 people taken away by ambulance during the party near Colorado State University on Saturday.
