Man Sentenced To Public Service For Road Rage
ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - A 28-year-old El Jebel man has been sentenced to public service and probation after pleading guilty in a road rage case.
Remington Way pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment in exchange for the dismissal of a felony weapons menacing charge.
According to the Aspen Times, Way was accused of pointing a gun toward another driver in February.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin conceded that there never really was a claim of an actual threat, just an allegation that a gun was displayed.
