Longmont Police Confiscate Pirated Music, Videos

LONGMONT, Colo. (AP) - Longmont police have arrested a Denver man on suspicion of selling pirated music and videos.

Police said an officer was working on another case Saturday when he noticed a van backed up to a grocery store with hundreds of compact discs and digital video discs.

According to the Longmont Times-Call, some of the DVDs were copies of movies that were recently released and not yet available on DVD.

The man was not identified. Police said the case is being referred to the FBI for possible federal charges.
