Beach At Chatfield Reservoir Back Open After E. Coli Problem
LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - Some good news for swimmers -- the beach at Chatfield Reservoir is finally back open on Tuesday.
The beach had been closed since Thursday due to high levels of E. coli. Tests results that came back Tuesday show the bacteria levels have dropped enough to allow people to swim safely.
Monitoring will continue through the summer.
