Suspected Serial Rapist Heads To Court
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of raping women in Colorado and Washington state is due in court Monday afternoon.
Marc O'Leary, 33, has pleaded not guilty to cases in Golden, Westminster and Lakewood.
Last month CBS4 reported that O'Leary has plead not guilty to more than two dozen charges stemming from two reported rapes and an attempted attack in Lakewood.
In addition to those, O'Leary is wanted for the 2008 rape of a woman in Washington state.
Documents from that case described interviews with people who knew him. They told investigators that O'Leary felt entitled to have sex with whomever he wanted. One even alleged he was part of a secret society that believed the world is divided into alphas and bravos and that O'Leary believed he was an alpha.
Currently O'Leary is being held on a $5 million cash bond.
The court proceeding on Monday is a pre trial conference.
