Pitkin County Takes On Solar Glare

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Pitkin County commissioners are considering regulations that would block the glare of solar panels.

The regulations being discussed Wednesday have been the focus of several discussions. Commissioners also took a tour and viewed several arrays around the county.

Staff planner Mike Kraemer says the county has found little guidance in its attempt to address glare.

According to the Aspen Times, glare would be regulated in the nuisance section of the land-use code.
