Man To Go On Trial In 1982 Larimer County Murder
LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) - Jury selection is set to begin for a man charged in a 1982 murder.
David Hehn is charged with beating and shooting Gay Lynn Dixon of Fort Collins almost 30 years ago.
Larimer County sheriff's deputies arrested Hehn in 2010 after new DNA and ballistics tests pointed to him.
According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald, Hehn was an 18-year-old neighbor of Dixon's in 1982. He is now 47 years old.
Hehn's attorneys are expected to argue when the trial begins Tuesday that his brother, who is now deceased, killed Dixon.
