DENVER (CBS4) – On Saturday volunteers helped clean up one of Denver’s busiest areas. It was all part of the second annual Colfax Avenue Service Project.

Members of the Denver Children’s Home picked up trash along Colfax. Volunteers of all ages helped with the clean up. They say the goal is to make a positive impact in their community.

At least 300 volunteers hit the pavement.
