New Witness Statements Released In David Hartley Murder Case
DENVER (CBS4)- There are new witness statements in the murder case of David Hartley. His wife, Tiffany, said her husband was shot to death on the Mexican side of Falcon Lake by suspected members of a drug cartel.
The sheriff from Texas investigating the case has two new witness statements in the unsolved crime. A Texas couple said they heard the shots that killed Hartley. They are the first witnesses to step forward in months.
The sheriff believes the new information corroborates Tiffany's account of what happened.
Tiffany now lives in Colorado.
