Basketball Coach Accused Of Sexual Assault Appears In Court

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A former high school basketball coach accused of sexually assaulting two students appeared in court on Tuesday.

Wesley Specht made his first appearance by camera in Jefferson County. He coached at Alameda High School in Lakewood the past few seasons and is accused of having a sexual relationship with two girls there.

Specht is charged with sexual assault on a child in a position of trust for the first alleged victim.

He expected in court Wednesday for charges related to the second case.
