Site Gives Consumers A Chance To Sell Deals They Can't Use

Written by Suzanne McCarroll

DENVER, Colo. (CBS4) - Eduardo Aguirre is a big fan of Groupon and Living Social , both websites that offer coupons for businesses in the metro area and beyond.

He and his wife frequently buy discounted tickets to restaurants and massages. His wife recently bought two tickets for a tour of Invesco Field at Mile High, but the they have been too busy to use them.

"Sometimes you take advantage of a deal but then you can't find a way to use it," Aguirre said.

It's a common problem.

Kelly Cronley bought tickets to some yoga classes but hasn't had time to go exercise. She posted them on the website CoupRecoup.com and within a week someone else bought them.

CoupRecoup bills itself as "Your free marketplace to buy and sell local deals."

Aguirre plans to follow suit very soon.

"I'll give it a try, definitely," he told CBS4.

Visit CoupRecoup.com for more information, and don't miss CBS4's Deal of the Day secion on CBSDenver.com.
