Accused Rapist Faces 28 Charges
JEFFERSON COUNTY (CBS4) - An accused rapist linked to two different sexual assaults and one attempted sexual assault is facing 28 charges related to the crimes.
Marc O'Leary, 32, was in Jefferson County Court Thursday morning.
The alleged sexual assaults happened in Westminster and Golden. The alleged attempted sexual assault happened in Lakewood.
Aurora police were also talking to officers in Lakwood, Westminster and Golden to see if O'Leary could be linked to an unresolved sexual assault case there.
O'Leary was arrested at a home on 65 Harlan Street in Lakewood on Sunday.
Detectives wore white suits to protect evidence, including computers.
Police have been involved in a multi-agency investigation for several months.
