Reality Check: Rep. Swalm's Education Bill

DENVER (CBS4) - Funding for K through 12 education will be on the chopping block again this year as state legislators try to close a $1 billion budget shortfall. But one lawmaker -- Rep. Spencer Swalm -- says he has a plan to save the state money and give students more choice.
