Although it tends to cater to an older crowd and people with needs due to injuries, it offers all sorts of styles and classes. It is hard to imagine kids focusing on poses and concentration, yet with Iyengar Kids Yoga program, the little ones learn how to chant, breathe and relax in a fun and playful environment. Santosha is a locally owned and operated studio run by a third generation Denver-area resident. It offers a specialized yoga class called Yoga for Scoliosis and Back Care every Saturday morning with instructor Robin Thorpe.
