A twist on the crossfit philosophy, Orangetheory uses a “five zone” interval training session called Orange 60. Each 12- to 20-minute session pushes your heart rate to a consistently high level to produce an after burn effect long after you stop working out. Combining treadmill training, indoor rowing and weight training, Orangetheory is taught by highly accredited instructors in small groups to increase safety and effectiveness.
