Located at the north end of the Stapleton redevelopment area, Northfield is an open air shopping center that contains an eclectic mix of stores and restaurants. Northfield is home to Colorado’s only Bass Pro Shop, and that alone is worth the trip – it’s a sportsman’s paradise where you can shop for anything from camping equipment to a speedboat. In addition to Bass Pro, Northfield also contains shopping center staples such as Charlotte Russe, Macy’s, New York and Company and Off Broadway Shoes. There are also some fun night venues such as the Improv comedy club, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Harkin’s Theaters. This is a fun place to go with your friends and make a day of it. Spend the day shopping and then take in a movie or a comedy show when you’re done.

Lakewood, CO 80226
(303) 742-1520

Hours: Mon. to Sat. – 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sun. – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A mixed use development, Belmar contains shops and restaurants within walking distance of office space and residential buildings. This makes it feel like a quaint neighborhood rather than an open air shopping center. With restaurants such as Ted’s Montana Grill, Little India and Wasabi Sushi Bar (a fun, circular sushi restaurant in the middle of everything), there is cuisine for almost everyone. Belmar also has Lucky Strike bowling alley and a Cinemark theater, so it’s a great place to take a date. There are a lot of options within walking distance of each other and some great stores for browsing or finding a new outfit. The price points at this shopping center are wallet friendly as well. With a Nordstrom Rack and a DSW Shoe Warehouse, you can easily find a new outfit that won’t break your bank.
