Top Old School Arcades In Denver

In recent years, classic arcade games like Space Invaders and Mario have come back in vogue. While you can play these games on your phone or on your video game console, there is something exciting about playing them in an arcade. Denver has its share of old school arcades, some of which have become popular nightlife destinations. One of the City's most popular bars, The 1-Up quickly gained popularity with patrons due to its selection of classic video games, skee-ball and its giant Jenga on the patio. It also has great music, sports on TV and drink specials, making for a fun night out. The bar tends to get pretty crowded later on, so if you're interested in hopping on some of the game machines be sure to get there early. The 1-Up has a second location on Colfax for those who don't want to navigate the Lodo bar scene.
