Top LGBT Pride Events In Denver

The top LGBT pride events in Denver are fantastic and the community opens these events to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation. With Denver being one of the top 10 in the country in celebrating events, more than 250,000 people attend such activities every year! This year, they hope to top that number   as they prepare for a crowd of 275,000 - 300,000, and it could easily be accomplished with the activities that are planned. Join in the fun as the Paramount Theatre and the LGBT welcome comedian, Lisa Lampanelli. Lisa has been referred to as the Lovable Queen of Mean who is known for her racy style of comedy. This is a great way to end the first night of PrideFest as you sit back, relax and laugh until it hurts. This is one of the biggest events of the weekend and will start at 10 a.m. at Civic Center Park. The race course goes along 14th Avenue and turns into Cheesman Park on Franklin Street. After taking a loop, you will head back down 14th Avenue to join in the PrideFest activities. There will of course be awards for costumes and race time. This will be an official timed race with results posted after the race.

Get ready to show the world your colors and costumes. The Coors Light PrideFest Parade will kick off at the Cheesman Park in Denver and will travel down Colfax Avenue towards Civic Center Park. This is one of the most fun parades, as well as most colorful. The costumes and attitude add immense character to this fun-filled parade. Last year, the total number of floats was 142, this year they are looking at around 160. Come down early and get your spot in line, as you will not want to miss being part of the largest event for the LGBT community that Denver offers.

Marvin's music includes a great variety of soul, hip-hop, jazz and gospel, and he has sung with Debbie Boone, Andrae Crouch and Deniece Williams. Marvin Matthews has toured the world and performed in a variety of different countries and events. Joining Marvin is another great artist in Derrick Lee. Tickets purchased in advance are only $15, and if purchased the night of the show they are $20.

Aside from music, this fantastic lady is an accomplished actress appearing on the television show NCIS, along with many other shows, as well as entertaining us in Season 9 of "Dancing With The Stars".
