St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and you have great choices for places to celebrate in Denver. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy some Irish drinks with family or friends, or catch some authentic Irish music, Denver has a place for you. Below are five of the best Irish pubs in town.

Katie Mullen’s Irish Restaurant and Pub is conveniently located on the 16^th Street Mall in downtown Denver. One of the best things about this bar is that it has a happy hour every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. There are 14 large-screen televisions for sports enthusiasts plus a great selection of Irish spirits and food for people who just want to hang out with friends. On Fridays and Saturdays, there is live music featuring some of Denver’s most talented musicians.

Patrick Carroll’s is a popular Irish pub located in Northwest Denver that has been a staple to the neighborhood since 2005. It’s located in the art district and is a great place to stop in for a Guinness. The pub is known for its homemade fish and chips as well as its own special Scottie burger. Patrick Carroll’s has a ton of fun games to help melt the stress from your work day. Games include shuffleboard, darts, pool, board games and more.
