Who doesn't love pie? It can be served warm or cold, it's absolutely delicious, and it can be made with just about whatever filling you want. It's also probably something that we don't eat as much as we'd like here in Colorado (you know, with the whole fitness thing and whatnot), and it's about time we change that.
