Fired University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill isn’t giving up. He took his case to the Colorado Supreme Court on Thursday.

A professor rights group has blacklisted the University of Colorado over the firings Ward Churchill and a history instructor they say came under fire for his conservative religious and political convictions.

Colorado Supreme Court To Hear Ward Churchill Case
