Avoiding The Burn

You may love the sun, but it may not like you … especially your skin. Those rays may feel nice while bathing you in its warmth, but you know as well as I, that a touch too much can lead to a burn now, and cancer later. A Sunny Myth

It’s a myth that 80 percent of sun exposure takes place before age 18. Sure, sun protection is important for kids, but as Dr. Dave Hnida reports, it’s an older group that needs to use more sunscreen.
