After record snowfall last year, it is a much drier story in the mountains this year, but it hasn’t driven away the visitors — there are actually more visitors this year so far than last.
While many ski resorts opened early this year, there hasn’t been a ton of snow. Only a few runs are open at most places, but there has been a silver lining for the resorts.
