Sea level is for sissies. With 54,000 runners in last year’s race, the 2012 Bolder Boulder is as popular as ever with 92 heats this year from qualified professional runners to casual walkers and joggers. The Memorial Day Weekend race is one of the largest in the nation in which all participants are timed. Sponsored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, it is one of the most watched and participated-in events in Colorado.
