A Denver-area program is allowing members to pay as they drive.
For some drivers, it’s cheaper to pay for a car by the hour than to own one. With Occasional car, a driver pays $4.99 per hour which includes gas and insurance. Those who live in Downtown Denver or in the Capitol Hill area may have noticed these cars parked around their areas.
