Residents and officials affected by the Lower North Fork wildfire are asking who might pay if it is found that a prescribed burn set by the Colorado State Forest Service ignited the blaze.
The Lower North Fork Fire has destroyed at least 16 homes and left two people dead, authorities said Tuesday. Authorities have now identified the bodies as husband and wife.
