The mountain community of St. Mary’s Glacier hasn’t had drinking water for three weeks and it could still be days before they’re able to drink out of the tap.
St. Mary’s Glacier residents have been without drinking water for more than two weeks and it could be the weekend before they’re able to drink from the tap.
People who live in St. Mary’s Glacier are concerned after they haven’t been able to drink or use their water in 11 days.
In Boulder County there are high levels of e- coli and coliform in nearly 70 percent of homeowners’ wells since the flooding.
An attack is now under way to prevent the damage done by the two recent wildfires from getting worse. It’s a fight to save the reservoir providing drinking water to tens of thousands of people.
