Supreme Court Refuses Chuck E. Cheese’s Killer’s Appeal

A Colorado judge can schedule the state’s first execution in 15 years after the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an appeal from an inmate who killed four people at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in 1993.
