Special prosecutors said Tuesday they are seeking to recharge actor Alec Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter.
"It's been a long and difficult road," Baldwin wrote about filming the movie "Rust." "But we reach the end of the trail today."

"(Baldwin) relied on the professionals with whom he worked, who assured him the gun did not have live rounds. We will fight these charges, and we will win," Baldwin's lawyer said.
