I read about when several prisoners escaped in the 1950′s. They were captured and punished for escaping. They were brought to the gym naked. They laid them on a spanking bench belly down. Afterwards, the prison guards strapped them on the bare tail. They each received 50 licks with the Colorado prison strap.
Most said they deserved it and did not complain. However, when the media was alerted the Governor visited the prison.
We need to resume this as soon as possible. Some of our society sees prison as a badge of honor and brag about it. A good strapping would be nothing to brag about. I see nothing wrong with it whatsoever.
