Aerospace Technology Company Now Calls Colorado Home
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - Another company is making Colorado home to its headquarters.
Gov. John Hickenlooper announced on Wednesday Maxar Technologies will move to Westminster.
The company recently acquired Digital Globe, a company behind some of the satellite images the public sees on Google maps.
Digital Globe employs 1,000 people in Colorado, and Maxar is expected to hire 800 more over the next eight years.
