Suspect Shot After Police Get Report About A Man Chasing A Woman

BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Brighton shot a man overnight.

They were called to the 700 block of Mockingbird Street early Thursday morning after someone said a woman was being chased by a man.

When officers got on scene, a struggle happened between the suspect and officer. That’s when the officer fired his gun, hitting the man.

The suspect’s name hasn’t been released. It’s also not clear how badly he was hurt.
