Veteran's Chairlift Complaint Dismissed By Civil Rights Commission
WINTER PARK, Colo. (CBS4) - The state's Civil Rights Commission has dismissed a complaint filed by a veteran against Winter Park.
CarrieAnn Grayson argued the resort discriminated against her because it wouldn't let her service dog on the chairlift.
The resort does not allow dogs for safety reasons.
The Civil Rights Commission found having a safety policy like that is not discriminatory, and it dismissed the complaint.
