End In Sight For Grand Avenue Bridge Project
GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Locals in Glenwood Springs call the construction on Grand Avenue "Bridgemageddon."
Fortunately, the new bridge will be reopen to traffic on Tuesday.
The Colorado Department of Transportation had to replace the bridge which led to the major detours that started this summer.
Drivers trying to get through town to Aspen and other areas south of Glenwood Springs have clogged side streets for months.
