Hiker Discovers Human Skull

BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- A hiker discovered a human skull while walking with his dog in Boulder County.

The skull was found on Mud Lake Open Space property near Nederland. The hiker immediately called for help.

Cadaver dogs that searched the area did not find any other human remains. Deputies say they'll check again later to be sure.

Investigators are working to identify the remains.
