Former Detective Facing Child Sex Assault Charges
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A former detective is facing sex assault charges involving a child.
Investigators in Colorado Springs say Donald Fair worked with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office in 2005 and 2006, and again from 2013 to this past July.
Fair was an investigator with the Fourth Judicial District Attorney's Office until Friday.
He now faces charges of sex assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, and sexual exploitation of a child charges.
