Penny Dating Back To 1792 To Be Auctioned Off In Denver
DENVER (CBS4) - A penny dating back to 1792 will soon be auctioned off in Denver.
Experts say the coin could sell for nearly $500,000 at the World's Fair of Money at the Colorado Convention Center on Wednesday.
The coin was actually lost for 130 years. It's part of a five-day public in-person and online auction of rare coins and paper money in Denver.
