Distracted Driving Suspected In Fatal Denver Crash
DENVER (CBS4) - A driver was killed in a crash Wednesday night after police say another driver got angry at a pedestrian.
The crash happened near the intersection of 29th Avenue and York Street.
Investigators say the driver of the red Buick, Necoyia Smith, was yelling out her window at someone on the sidewalk.
She was allegedly distracted and hit the curb, smashing into the traffic light and a Cadillac waiting at the stoplight.
The driver of the Cadillac died and a female passenger was hurt.
