Aggressive Bull Found After Escape

PENROSE, Colo. (CBS4) - A aggressive bull that escaped from its owners' property in Fremont County on Tuesday had to be put down.

The sheriff's office posted a warning to the residents about "Edgar," saying that it "is described to be aggressive toward people and animals."

Deputies found the bull Wednesday morning running through private pastures. They said Edgar had to be put down because he was an "extreme safety hazard."
