Bees Invade Kauffman Stadium

KANSAS CITY (CBS4) - Usually all are welcome at a Major League Baseball game, but not these creatures.

A swarm of bees decided to make the upper deck of Kauffman Stadium their home on Sunday, interrupting a game between the Kansas City Royals and the visiting Cleveland Indians.

Luckily, stadium workers were prepared. One of their grounds crew members is also a beekeeper. He removed the bees humanely and didn't even need a beekeepers' suit.
