Rescued Cougar Cub To Find Permanent Home In Minnesota
PORTLAND, Ore. (CBS4) - After a quick stay at a vet center at Portland's Oregon Zoo, an orphaned cougar cub will soon move to a new home in Minnesota.
The cub is just five weeks old and does not yet have a name.
Zoo staff describes the cub as "loud and rambunctious." It was rescued this week by Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife officers after a landslide separated the young cougar from its mother.
