BREAKING NEWS: Denver among the 20 finalist cities for Amazon's second headquarters (Full Story)

DENVER (CBS4)– Some people who live in Denver will be able to see their mail before it ends up in their mailbox.

It’s called “informed delivery” and it first launched in California. Now, it’s available in some neighborhoods in Denver.

People who sign up for the service will get a daily email that has pictures of their mail.

The Postal Service already scans letters and other mail as part of their sorting process. This service allows residents to see that mail before it’s delivered.
