Ski Patrollers Avoid Charges After Moving Dead Body
CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Ski patrollers will likely not face any charges after moving the body of a skier who died at Loveland Ski Area last week.
The Clear Creek County coroner says the area mishandled the body, but the district attorney says it's standard procedure for patrollers to photograph evidence and bring the body off the mountain.
Loveland says it will work with authorities in the investigation and all future cases.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
