Groping Case Droppped Against 84-Year-Old Millionaire

DENVER (CBS4)- The groping case against an oil tycoon involving an employee has been dropped.

The case against Jack Grynberg has been dismissed. He had been accused of groping an employee, then firing her after she refused his advances. Grynberg runs Grynberg Petroleum in Denver.

The Denver DA says there was not enough evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
