DIA Goes Dark On Some Of Its Art
DENVER (CBS4) - Some lights went out at Denver International Airport for a good cause.
The airport turned off the lights on both the blue mustang statue's red eyes and the new Shadow Array exhibit at the A Line commuter train stop.
It was DIA's fifth year joining the annual Earth Hour, which is aimed at highlighting the importance of sustainable energy.
Things went dark from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. and airport operations weren't be affected.
