Colorado’s First Bottle-To-Bottle Recycling Plant Opens

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4)– Colorado’s first bottle-to-bottle glass recycling plant opened on Wednesday.

The Momentum Recycling LLC plant is located on Dillon Road in Broomfield.

Officials say the glass is separated at a different plant and then brought to the plant in Broomfield to be sanitized and separated by color.

Then the glass is sent off to a different plant for future production.

About 15 people were hired to work at the facility.

    Just want to say that this is false, Momentum is not the first bottle-to-bottle recycling plant in Colorado. Clear Intentions was here recycling glass long before Momentum ever came to town. 😉
