High Winds Cause Flight Delays At DIA
DENVER (CBS4) - Friday's high winds are causing trouble at Denver International Airport.
More than a dozens flights were delayed by a half hour or more at the airport just after 8:30 a.m. At least two flights were also canceled.
DIA tweeted that people should expect some delays and check their flight status before leaving home.
A high wind warning is in place until 11 a.m. Friday in Colorado's foothills and high country.
