Target Shoppers Could Be Getting New Option In Downtown Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - A Target store could be moving into the 16th Street Mall.

The Denver City Council says lease negotiations are underway for a space at 16th and California.

The store would take over the second and third floors of the building for a total of 28,000 square feet.

That's much smaller than the current Denver Target stores, which are more than 130,000 square feet.
