Dangerous Sub-Zero Wind Chill Readings Expected Overnight

DENVER (CBS4)- An arctic air mass has settled into Colorado with one of the coldest nights in nearly two years on the way for some communities.
Denver's official low is expected to drop below zero for the first time in nearly two years.
Along with the cold will come dangerous wind chill readings which is what the air temperature will feel like to exposed skin.
A wind chill warning is in effect for several counties on Colorado's eastern plains where readings could reach 30 below zero at times.
The chilly weather will stick around for Thursday with a warming trend expected to start Friday.
