Hotel Evacuated After Chemicals Found, Police Suspect Criminal Activity

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A hotel was evacuated Tuesday afternoon after chemicals were found inside a room in Golden.

Police and a bomb squad evacuated the Marriott Courtyard.

Investigators haven't said exactly what kind chemicals were found but it's believed they were being used criminal activity.

Police are trying to find the people who booked the hotel room using fraudulent use of a credit card.
